This plan is similar to dental insurance, only smarter! The plan allows our patients to receive optimal dental care while maintaining their oral health.

Annual Benefits Include:
- Two basic annual cleanings
- Two periodic examinations
- Diagnostic x-rays (bitewings 1x /year)
- A full series of radiographs or panoramic film once every 3-5 years
- Fluoride varnish treatments for children up to age 16
- Preventative sealants for children up to age 15
- 20% bookkeeping reduction on all other treatments provided by office (fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, oral surgery and more)
Annual costs:
- Individual $455
- Individual & One (Spouse/Child) $875
- Each additional household member $405
- Annual includes one year from purchase date of in-office benefit plan
